This specially formulated Vitamin C powder is pH-balanced to 6.5-6.8, and helps to alkalize your system while providing a theraputic 4 grams of Vitamin C per heaping teaspoon. Alka-C may be taken in higher doses without the uncomfortable diarrhea or stomach distress associated with pure ascorbic acid. Alka-C is made from the purest hypoallergenic ingredients available including vitamin C from tapioca, and reagent grade trace elements to protect against mineral leaching and loss accompaning high ascorbate therapy. 
 
Alka-C mixes well with water or juice. It fizzes when mixed with liquid, and should be taken once the fizzing stops. Alka-C does not contain any sweeteners, colorings or flavorings.
